Data Retention and Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data and any data we have received from third-party services like Facebook or Instagram. You can choose to disconnect specific social accounts or delete your entire Hatorki profile.

You do not need to log in to request deletion. If you cannot access your account, simply email [email protected] with your registered email address and we will delete all your data within 7 days.

Option 1: Disconnect a Specific Social Account

If you only want to remove data associated with a specific platform (like Facebook or Instagram) without deleting your Hatorki profile:

  1. Log in to your Hatorki account.
  2. Navigate to the Connections page from the left sidebar.
  3. Locate the specific social media account you want to remove.
  4. Click the Trash/Delete icon next to that account.

    Clicking this instantly revokes our access to that platform and deletes its associated access tokens from our database.

Option 2: Delete Your Entire Hatorki Account

If you want to permanently delete your entire profile and all associated data:

  1. Log in to your Hatorki account.
  2. Navigate to the Settings page from the main menu.
  3. Scroll down to the "Danger Zone" section.
  4. Click the "Delete Account" button.

Clicking this button will instantly and permanently delete your account, wipe all scheduled posts, and revoke all active social media access tokens from our database.

Fallback Method

If you are unable to access your account to perform these steps, you can request manual data deletion by emailing us directly at [email protected]. We will process your request within 7 days.
